Shipping Policy

* Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed the following open business day.
*Processing time (1-3 days) once your order is processed LovelleAdore will ship out your order.
*Shipping time (1-7 days)

LovelleAdore is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments including Priority and Express shipping options. If a package is considered lost or damaged please contact LovelleAdore.com within 10 days from the last scanned date.

Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender. LovelleAdore.com is not liable for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages; and any return packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender. LovelleAdore.com has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back to the fulfillment facility.

All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed.
