Shipping Policy

Lovelleadore offers a variety of shipping services.  Lovelleadore is not responsible for any delays on orders once the order has been received by the delivery service.  Lovelleadore does provide a tracking number per order please keep this tracking number until you have received your shipment.  

All orders placed by 11:00 am EST will begin to be processed the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 am will begin to be processed the next day.  Processing time is between 1-2 Business Days NOT INCLUDING SHIPPING TIME.

International Canada 
First Class international time varies 1-14 days estimate 
Express mail in terminational (3-5 Days)

FreeShipping Promotions will be 1-10 days for delivery USA and 1-14 days Canada( Estimate )

 ( only available for qualifying orders) select at checkout if available.

There is an option for FREE-SHIPPING on qualifying orders OR the option to select another shipping method at cost.

 

lovelleadore.com is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments including Priority and Express shipping options. If a package is considered lost or damaged please contact lovelleadore.com within 10 days from the last scanned date.

Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender. lovelleadore.com is not liable for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages; and any return packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender. Lovelleadore.com has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back to the fulfillment facility.

All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed.
